Job summary

REDWALL in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a General Laborer to support the printing production line. You'll catch and organize products as they come off the press and help ensure quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include laying out shirts, assisting with large orders, applying stickers, and stepping in for team members when needed. Candidates with graphic arts knowledge are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or experience.
• Must be able to read and write and follow work orders, mockups and instructions.
• Must be able to identify colors and perform basic math tasks.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Attention to detail and reliability are essential.
• Punctual, able to follow instructions and maintain a clean work space.
• Willingness to be cross-trained and possibly work weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lays out shirts.
• Helps a catcher pack a big order.
• Sticker’s shirts.
• Fills in for people if they are gone.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow SOPs.
