Job summary

Red Wall Prints in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a reliable Puller to support our printing line on 1st shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm). You will help catch and organize products as they come off the press, ensuring quality and flow of production.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to read work orders, identify colors, perform basic math, and maintain a safe, clean workspace. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write and understand work orders, mockups and instructions.
• Ability to identify colors.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, etc.).
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently.
• Attention to detail is a MUST.
• Have a positive attitude and able to follow instructions.
• Be on time for work at all times (your shift).
• Maintain safe work environment and report any safety issues to supervisor.
• May be required to work weekends and/or overtime during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Read, write and understand work orders, mockups and instructions in job packet.
• Assist the Press Operator obtaining the correct screens and inks for the Job.
• Prepare Squeegee and flood bar to be used; quality control each shirt before pulling off the press.
• Inform the Press Operator of any quality issues with the garments.
• Pull all ink from screens during tear down and scrape back into correct buckets.
• Communicate with the catcher any concerns about garments pulled off the Press.
• Maintain work area clean at all times.
• Report any safety issues to your supervisor.
• Report any quality issues to your supervisor immediately.

You'll help ensure that our prduction line runs smoothly and efficiently, catching and organizing products as they come off the print press. Your work will help us maintain high standards of quality and keep our customers happy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read, write and understand work orders, mockups and instructions in job packet
• Assist the Press Operator obtaining the correct screens and inks for the Job

• Inform the Press Operator of any quality issues with the garments (shirt, hoodies)

Physical Demands:

• Hands-on, fast paced printing production environment
• Standing on your feet for a long period of time 8-10 hours per day
• Will be exposed to warm or cold temperature
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs -50lbs.
