Job summary

ProAmpac in Wisconsin is hiring a Printing Press Assistant for the Printing Department. You will follow quality requirements to meet or exceed expectations, and prepare for upcoming orders while handling finished rolls.

You may also operate and monitor inks, viscosities, and PH forms, and you will transport products with forklifts and clamp trucks. This role offers a climate-controlled environment, paid holidays, vacation, and opportunities to grow within a growing company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience with printing equipment a plus.
• Basic mechanical and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude.

Shift: 2, 2, 3 rotating between days and nights every two weeks

Physical Demands

• The employee must frequently position or move up to 25 - 50 pounds.
• Lifting or moving items weighing greater than 50 pounds requires the use of lifting equipment or co-worker assistance.

Work Environment

• Work primarily in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Hearing protection, safety shoes, vision protection and other necessary PPE as required.
