Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Printing Press Assistant for our Printing Department. You will follow quality requirements, prepare for orders, and package finished rolls in a thriving manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring viscosities, handling ink dispersal, operating a forklift, and stepping in for the Press Operator when needed. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience with printing equipment is a plus.
• Basic mechanical and math skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality requirements to meet or exceed expectations.
• Prepares for upcoming orders.
• Packages/wraps finished rolls.
• Monitors viscosities and completes PH forms.
• Finds ink on specification sheet and disperses.
• Uses forklift/clamp trucks to transport product.
• Ability to fill-in for the Press Operator when necessary.
