Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Prepress Technician and Direct Mail Specialist to join our production team. This role is vital in preparing high-quality print materials and managing the entire direct mail process, ensuring that every project meets precise specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prepress experience is required. Experience with print preparation, color accuracy, Adobe Creative Suite, Prinergy Prepress Software and Accuzip Mailing Software strongly preferred. Direct Mail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare digital files for printing by performing prepress tasks such as color management, layout adjustments, and proofing to ensure accurate reproduction
• Prepare and process mail data files for direct mail.

Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for layout and image editing tasks.
• Strong knowledge of prepress processes including file preparation, trapping, imposition, and proofing.
• Prinergy Pre-Press Workflow a plus
• Variable File Preparation experience is a plus
• Experience with Accuzip mail processing software
• Knowledge of USPS process standards

Position available is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Competitive salary and benefits.
