• Operate large-format printers, cutters, laminators, and related finishing equipment (training provided).
• Assist with trimming, mounting, laminating, and finishing signage and graphics.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accurate and consistent output.
• Help maintain equipment and production workspaces.
• Assist in preparing print estimates using MIS/job ticket system.
• Review materials, production steps, and timelines for incoming jobs.
• Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure job accuracy.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Prepress & Production Specialist to prepare customer files for print, support large-format production, and assist with print estimates. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, technically skilled, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepress (Primary Duties)

• Preflight and prepare customer files for digital and large-format printing
• Review artwork for resolution, bleed, color accuracy, and print readiness
• Make necessary file corrections in Adobe Creative Suite to add bleeds and impose files for printing
• Set up and rip files for digital presses and wide-format printers

Large-Format & Production Support

• Operate large-format printers, cutters, laminators, and related finishing equipment (training provided)
