Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Printing Manager to lead the Printing and Sheeting departments, guiding day-to-day operations, safety, quality and productivity improvements. You will work with multiple teams to align with company objectives and customer expectations.

This role requires manufacturing leadership experience, familiarity with print/packaging equipment, and the ability to manage resources and performance across shifts while upholding core values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a printing or packaging environment.
• Strong ability to drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Knowledge of printing/packaging equipment and processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Directs printing and sheeting production with focus on cost, quality and throughput.
• Develops and enforces operating policies and cross-department collaboration.
