Job summary

Nahan in Minnesota is seeking a Machine Trouble Shooter to perform setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned equipment in the Finishing and Direct Mail departments, with sign-offs on projects.

The role requires TPM responsibilities, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work overtime including weekends. Base pay ranges with a $2.00 shift differential for this non-exempt position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Experience troubleshooting machine errors and maintaining printing equipment is required.
• Certificate in low voltage electrical troubleshooting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Train employees in equipment operations and best practices.
• Provide signoffs on projects and equipment.
• Complete operator duties as assigned.
• Coordinate with approved vendors for troubleshooting.
• Utilize knowledge of Finishing and Direct Mail equipment.
• Continue education as required and pass electrical skills test.
• Perform TPM tasks daily to maintain equipment performance.
• Follow Nahan safety and quality standards.
• Work assigned shifts, including on-call, weekends, and overtime.
