Job summary

Nahan in Minnesota is seeking a Digital Operator to set up, adjust, and run digital printing equipment to meet quality, time, and profitability targets. The role requires attention to detail, mechanical Aptitude, and the ability to work on a night shift with a pay rate of $19 to $22 per hour plus a $2 differential.

The position involves operating digital printers, performing TPM tasks, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Overtime, weekend work, and on‑the‑job training are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• One or more years of related experience preferred.
• Production experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the digital printer and all associated equipment and supplies.
• Meet or exceed actual vs. plan run and make-ready goals of 100%.
• Complete all required MDI charts and understand them.
• Work in other areas as needed.
• Perform TPM tasks to maintain optimal equipment performance.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
• Work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
