Job summary

Nahan is seeking a Machine Operator-Folder Card Affix to support the Finishing department in our Minnesota facility. This role acts as the primary contact for production-related issues on Direct Mail equipment and Speedo Near Line operations, with focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, reading tickets, assisting team members, and maintaining TPM and MDI stewardship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience preferred in related roles.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide education, directions and assistance to team members on best practices, troubleshooting, quality, safety and equipment.
• Perform tasks associated with Folder Operator, Ink Jet and Helper roles, including setup and bagging requirements.
• Operate equipment within job parameters to maximize efficiency.
• Read and interpret job tickets, ensuring sign-off and continuity procedures.
• Inspect cost center processes to verify quality and proper execution.
• Complete MDI sheets for assigned equipment and communicate needs to Shift Leader.
