Amcor Limited, a packaging manufacturer in California, seeks a Machine Operator to set up and run printing lines, monitor quality, and pack finished products. You will follow Amcor safety policies and contribute to continuous improvement on the line.

The role requires 1–2 years of machine experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read and communicate in English. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years' experience operating a machine, printing and/or maintenance.
• Knowledge of wine bottle screw cap printing equipment is preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership within the team.

Responsabilités

• Operate production equipment to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Set up machines, run printing, and monitor quality during production.
• Perform safety checks and maintain a clean workstation per policy.
• Record production data and coordinate with shift teams.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Follow changeovers, tooling needs, and labeling procedures.
