Job summary

Amcor LLC in Monroeville is seeking a Printing Operator to monitor container and lid quality, perform minor machine adjustments, and maintain clean, safe work areas. You will complete shift paperwork and support related departments as needed.

You may shut down presses if quality is not met and escalate to technical staff. Training allows minor color changes and blanket adjustments, with emphasis on GMP, SQF, and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Monitor and ensure container and lid quality per specs.
• Follow GMP, SQF and ISO standards.
• Maintain high housekeeping and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality of containers and lids per specs.
• Follow Life Saving Behaviors and safety guidelines.
• Report injuries or unsafe acts immediately.
• Maintain housekeeping around work area during shift.
• Perform tasks for Printing/other departments as needed.
• Clean and minor adjustments to machine during run.
• Complete shift paperwork as required.
• Shut press down if quality not met and call tech staff.
• Make minor color adjustments and blanket changes with training.
• Stop production if working conditions are hazardous.
