Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of Gravure press operation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Gravure press to meet customer specifications and quality targets.
• Perform make-ready tasks, ink mixing, and solvent handling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing defects and adjust presses as needed.
• Oversee ink supply, viscosity checks, and color accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow PPE guidelines.
• Communicate with team and shift leads to meet production goals.
