Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience operating a machine, printing and/or maintenance.
• Knowledge of wine bottle screw caps printing equipment preferred.
• Demonstrate leadership within the team.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up the machine and verify setup accuracy before production.
• Run the machine, adjust to meet quality and output targets.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Maintain clean work area per safety standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and perform basic repairs.
• Prepare materials for next order and track downtime.
• Train new coworkers as needed and support teammates.
