Job summary

Reprographic Products Group (RPG) is seeking a Field Service Technician to service wide-format printing systems across our regional area. This role requires daily travel, hands-on diagnostics, and delivering a professional service experience to a diverse client base.

We offer a salary of $58,000–$67,000 per year, company vehicle, laptop, phone, and comprehensive PTO. Must have 2+ years of printer service experience and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing large-format printers (HP/Xerox/MUTOH).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to travel daily within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service for wide-format printing systems.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and install firmware updates.
• Deliver an exceptional service experience to clients (AEC, federal, and commercial).
• Complete service calls with documentation and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service for wide-format printing systems
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and install firmware updates
• Deliver an exceptional service experience to a professional client base (AEC, federal, and commercial accounts)
• Complete service calls with attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through

• 2+ years of experience servicing HP, Xerox, MUTOH, or similar large-format printers
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong computer literacy and troubleshooting skills, CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Willing to travel daily within the assigned region
