Job summary

Reprographic Products Group (RPG) in the Baltimore/Washington, DC area is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to service wide-format printing systems. You will travel daily within our service area to install, diagnose, and repair equipment for professional clients.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of printer service experience, a valid driver's license, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing HP, Xerox, MUTOH, or similar large-format printers.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong computer literacy and troubleshooting skills (Comp TIA A+/Network+).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service for wide-format printing systems.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and install firmware updates.
• Deliver an exceptional service experience to a professional client base (AEC, federal, and commercial accounts).
• Complete service calls with attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through.
