Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned service territory and work independently.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain printers, copiers, and multifunction equipment.
• Respond to service calls promptly and manage assigned service requests efficiently.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and electronic test equipment to perform repairs.
• Maintain trunk inventory, service parts, tools, and equipment.
• Complete accurate service reports, work orders, and parts usage documentation.
• Instruct customers on equipment operation, basic troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, management, and technical support teams.
• Report recurring equipment issues, customer concerns, and service improvement opportunities.
