Role Description

The PRINTER/COPIER SERVICE TECHNICIAN is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing printers, copiers, and related print equipment at customer locations and within RHS customer facilities. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing hardware and software issues, performing preventative maintenance, replacing parts and consumables, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and reliably. The technician will also support print workflows, assist with basic operations, and provide technical guidance and training to end users. The role requires accurate documentation of service activities, adherence to safety and security standards, and collaboration with the broader service and technology teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
