Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Field Services Technician to join our Chandler, AZ team. You will travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Ricoh commercial and industrial printers and copiers, delivering hands-on support in a fast-paced environment.

Working independently, you will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment is configured and operating correctly. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required to support local field duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or equipment repair.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues.
• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance is a plus.

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and being on the move instead of sitting behind a desk all day? We're looking for a Field Services Technician to join our team and support customers throughout the local area.

In this role, you'll travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Ricoh commercial and industrial printers and copiers. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to work independently while providing exceptional service to clients.

What You'll Be Doing:
