Job summary

MCC in Manchester Township, PA is seeking a Print Tool Technician to ensure tooling and plate workflows support efficient press operations. You will maintain plates, screens, and related equipment and coordinate priorities with scheduling and graphics teams to minimize downtime.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred), printing industry experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with flexo/rotary screens are a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in printing.
• Print manufacturing experience preferred.
• Technical expertise in flexo, rotary screen and general printing.
• Excellent communication skills; translate tech info into tasks.
• Knowledge of color separations, press layouts and specs.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; Radius is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to attendance and time-logging responsibilities.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Make flexographic plates and rotary screens.
• Maintain plate/screen tracking logs.
• Coordinate plate priorities with Scheduling and Graphics teams.
• Maintain press component schedules and mark job progress.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement teams.
• Attend department meetings and internal trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
