Job summary

ABC Imaging seeks a Print Technician / Customer Service & Sales Representative to combine hands-on print production with customer service and sales responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has experience in the printing industry, enjoys working directly with customers, and can identify needs, recommend print solutions, and help grow existing and new business while ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in the printing industry or print production preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales experience or strong interest in developing sales and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist customers in identifying printing products and services for their projects.
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend print solutions based on customer needs.
• Follow up with quotes, orders, and project status.
• Prepare quotes and process customer orders with accurate specifications.
• Operate large and small format printing equipment and review completed jobs for quality.
• Assist with inventory management and coordinating with production, sales, and management.
