Office Depot is seeking a Retail Sr. Store Associate-Part Time in Honolulu to actively connect with customers, recommend the right products and services, and foster a vibrant sales culture aligned with our 5C values: Customer, Commitment, Change, Caring, and Creativity.

You will pursue advanced training in Print and Technology, apply cutting‑edge sales principles, support store operations and merchandising, and ensure a positive, safe environment while helping customers and the local community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No previous experience required; Retail sales experience preferred.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Gmail.
• Ability to read, count and write for documentation and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Customer-centric experience by proactively greeting and engaging every customer.
• Maintain store and department appearance following company guidelines and merchandising standards.
• Develop Print and Tech knowledge through advanced training and certifications as required.
• Support compliance with policies and loss prevention efforts; perform other duties as assigned.
