Job summary

The ODPGroup, through its Office Depot presence, seeks a Part-Time Retail Sr. Store Associate in Honolulu to actively connect with customers, recommend products, and deliver exceptional service.

You will help maintain visual standards, support freight and logistics, and contribute to a vibrant sales environment aligned with our 5C values. The role requires advanced training in Print and Technology products/services, ongoing product knowledge, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• No prior experience required; retail experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use standard software tools.
• Must be able to read, count and write to complete documentation and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; enjoy interacting with people.
• Ability to use POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centric experience by engaging customers and promoting best solutions.
• Maintain store and department appearance per company guidelines and keep area neat and stocked.
• Follow signage, merchandising presentation, and freight processes.
• Process inventory lows/outs and support logistics activities.
• Complete advanced training in Print and Technology products/services.
• Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention practices and perform other duties as assigned.
