Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No previous experience required; retail sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Able to use technology and POS systems to access information and process transactions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to build selling relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Enjoys interacting with people and working in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledges and engages every customer to support a positive customer-centric experience.
• Promotes the sale of the best solution as well as additional products and/or services.
• Maintains store and print department appearance to company guidelines; keeps a neat, clean, well-stocked environment.
• Follows signage labeling and merchandise presentation standards.
• Follows freight processes; sorts and stocks; inventories lows and outs daily.
• Continues education in tech, print, and other applicable training; may pursue certifications.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and loss prevention practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
