Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Services Advisor for a part-time role in Honolulu. You will educate customers on Technology, Services, Furniture and Print offerings, build relationships, and act as a trusted advisor using product knowledge and proven sales principles.

Expect to support store operations and drive total solutions for customers. Responsibilities include assisting customers on the sales floor, cashier duties, stock and signage updates, and helping to promote new launches and programs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
• 2 years sales and/or customer services experience preferred.
• Ability to use technology and print equipment and access information to complete daily responsibilities.
• Must be able to process information at the POS register system.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong selling skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable to a changing environment.
• Ability to coach and train others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers about Office Depot products and services.
• Operate as cashier and assist with logistics, stocking, and inventory control.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, plan-o-gram changes, and price updates.
• Support weekly ads and store signage updates.
• Engage customers to understand needs and promote solutions.
• Assist with product launches and programs and comply with policies.
