Staples is seeking a Print Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and deliver professional print solutions. You will operate print/production equipment, assist with in-store tasks, and contribute to a collaborative retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must provide exceptional customer service and solutions.

• Must be flexible for store needs and shifts.
• Basic computer skills to handle files and documents.
• Ability to lift 10-50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer total print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping assistance).
