Staples Print Specialists in our store provide exceptional customer service for print needs, producing professional finished products with print and production equipment. You will join a team-oriented retail culture and participate in training provided.

Opportunities for in-person interviews may occur soon after applying. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing print needs, capturing project details with order intake tools, and assisting in self-service areas.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to open, save, and send files; Microsoft Word experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose total print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties (e.g., assist with shipping).
