Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information.
• Assist customers at self-service copy machines and PC rentals.
• Identify leads during consultations to drive print solutions.
• Be flexible to perform other duties, such as shipping support.
