Staples Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service for print needs in-store, producing finished products with print and production equipment within a collaborative team environment.

As a part-time Print Solutions associate, you will greet customers, capture project details, explain print options, and assist with self-service tasks. Staples offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and a range of benefits. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and customer-focused problem solving.

• Flexible schedule based on store needs (part-time)
• Ability to work with many customers to provide a total solution

• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, and use Word
• Able to collaborate in a high-paced environment and manage conflict calmly

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively
• Ask open-ended questions to understand customers' copy/print needs
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer a total print solution
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping)
