Job summary

Staples is hiring for Print Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service in the Print Solutions department. You will produce professionally finished print products using in-store equipment and help customers with their print needs in a friendly, team-oriented retail setting.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule available based on store needs.
• Ability to help many customers with a total solution.
• Attention to detail and eye for quality.
• Basic computer skills including opening, saving, sending files, MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering Print Solutions and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose a print solution.
• Assist customers with self-service area tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties (e.g., assist customers with shipping).
