Job summary

Staples Print Solutions is hiring a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and complete professionally finished print projects. You will greet customers, assess needs, and propose complete print solutions using in-store equipment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open ended questions to understand copy/print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer a total print solution.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Flexibly perform other duties as assigned (shipping, etc.).
