Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department.
• Ask open-ended questions to identify copy/print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project details and offer solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service area equipment and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
