Staples is hiring a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service in the Print Solutions department. You will help customers with copy and print projects, operate print and production equipment, and guide them to the best solution.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, on-the-job training, and opportunities to grow within a friendly, high-energy retail team. You will greet customers, ask questions to understand needs, process orders, and assist with self-service stations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer a total print solution.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
