Staples, Inc. is hiring Print Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service for print needs and to operate professional printing equipment. This part-time, in-store role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and a friendly store atmosphere.

Training provided, with immediate interview opportunities and a strong emphasis on helping customers while growing with the team. You will greet customers, discuss print requirements, utilize order intake tools, assist with self-service tasks, and qualify

Qualifications

• Able to adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Ability to build relationships and understand print needs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic computer skills to open, save, and send files; familiarity with Word.
• Proficiency with Word or equivalent word processing apps.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond quickly in the Print Solutions department.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs and build relationships.
• Capture project information using order intake tools and propose total print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Qualify customer needs to generate potential leads and upsell where appropriate.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
