Job summary

Staples Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers' print needs. You will produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment and be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers as part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Hiring immediately and training in print provided. You will greet customers, assess copy print needs, capture project details with order intake tools, assist in self-service areas, and support shipping

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required to meet store needs.
• Customer service-oriented role with ability to work with many customers.
• Attention to detail and quality control in print production.
• Basic computer skills to open/save/send files and use Word or similar.
• Ability to collaborate in a high-paced, team environment.
• Ability to manage conflicts in a calm, cooperative manner.
• Honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move supplies (10–50 lbs) and stand/walk long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and recommend print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties (e.g., help with shipping).
