Staples is hiring for a Print Specialist in the Print Solutions department. You will provide exceptional customer service and produce professionally finished products using print equipment, while contributing to a friendly, team-oriented retail culture.

Training in print is provided and hiring is immediate. Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their copy/print needs, capturing project details with intake tools, assisting in the self-service area, and generating potential

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Ability to assist many customers with print needs.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 10–50 pounds and stand/walk.
• Honesty and integrity with customer data.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand customers' copy/print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer a total print solution.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist customers with shipping).
