Staples, Inc. is seeking a Print Specialist to provide exceptional customer service for print projects. You will operate print and production equipment, deliver finished products, and contribute to a friendly, team-oriented retail culture.

Training in print is provided, and immediate hiring is available. In this role, you will help customers with copy/print needs, use intake tools to propose solutions, and assist in self-service areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond promptly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project details and present print solutions.
• Assist customers with tasks in self-service area using copy machines and PCs.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate leads for additional services.
• Perform other duties as needed (e.g., assist with shipping).
