Job summary

Staples is seeking a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service for print needs in-store. You will engage customers, capture project details, operate print equipment, and assist with self-service tasks while maintaining a collaborative, fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, building relationships, generating leads, and supporting shipping tasks as needed. Training in print is provided, with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond promptly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information for a total print solution.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks at copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads during consultations.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., help with shipping).
