Job summary

Staples is seeking a Full-Time Print Supervisor in Ponderay, ID to lead a team in delivering complete print and marketing solutions. You will build customer relationships, drive sales, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and use Salesforce to grow customer accounts while maintaining high quality standards and community focus.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs).
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues.
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.

• Coach associates in exceptional service, consultative selling, and total solutions.
• Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence in driving profitable sales and margin.
• Consult with customers, ask open-ended questions to offer appropriate options and deliver a total print solution.
• Leverage Salesforce.com to actively manage customers through in-store engagement and proactive outreach to grow relationships.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
