Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Experience directing a team and managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files, email, and use Word.
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues.
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced environment.
• Manage conflict in a constructive and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and build relationships to provide print and marketing solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on engagement, quality, and community.
• Coach associates in exceptional service, consultative selling, and total solutions.
• Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence in driving profitable sales & margin.
• Consult with customers, ask open ended questions to offer them appropriate options and deliver a total print solution to drive sales and dollars per transaction.
• Leverage Salesforce.com to actively manage customers through in-store engagement and proactive outreach to grow relationships.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
