Job summary

Staples Print Solutions in California is hiring a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and finish print projects. You will operate print and production equipment, greet customers, gather project details, and provide total print solutions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and provide print solutions.
• Assist customers in self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned (shipping, etc.).
