Staples is seeking a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service in our Print Solutions department. You will produce professionally finished print products and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• In this role you must be able to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• You will work with many customers to provide a total print solution.
• Attention to detail to identify quality issues.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files and use Word (or similar).
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to manage conflict in a respectful, cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move supplies in the 10–50 lb range; stand and walk continuously.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to build relationships and assess copy/print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project details and propose total print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate leads.
• Be flexible to assist with other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping).
