Job summary

Hireology in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our sales reps. You will help identify the best products and services to meet customer needs while ensuring an exceptional experience from inquiry to project completion.

You will collaborate with sales reps, the production team, and management to ensure orders are processed accurately, completed on time, and delivered to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, administrative, hospitality, sales support, or project management preferred.
• Print/graphics or signage industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support sales reps by phone, email, and online, answering questions about products and pricing.
• Coordinate orders with production to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain organized sales rep files and job records; update status and timelines.
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and job tickets using company software.
