Job summary

Sissine’s Office Systems Inc. is seeking a Print Shop Supervisor to oversee daily print shop operations and ensure on-time delivery. You will coordinate production, maintain equipment, and provide client-focused service while driving process improvements.

You will liaise with graphics teams, review requests, manage schedules, and supervise workflow across bindery and finishing tasks to meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating digital print production equipment.
• Ability to manage print jobs from initiation to delivery.
• Strong communication and client service mindset.
• Knowledge of paper selection and print finishing.
• Detail oriented with quality and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor jobs in production and communicate with graphics specialists regarding special jobs, proofs, and shipping information.
• Contact clients with questions on specifications and/or questions of job submitted.
• Keep an open communication to ensure all deadlines are met and cost budget is adhered to.
• Perform printer maintenance as needed and assist clients with troubleshooting and placing service tickets.
• Coordinate and supervise print shop operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Promote cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.
