Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Execute Office Depot selling techniques and sales training in print and across the store.
• Lead a sales-focused environment through training and development of all associates, including print.
• Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to all associates on print processes and selling techniques.
• Operate all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Maintain safety and security of the print department during the absence of other managers.
