Job summary

The role includes supervising staff, training, and ensuring timely, accurate orders, with responsibility for opening/closing the store as a Key Carrier.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; minimum 2 years management experience.
• Experience in Print Center operations and logistics.
• Experience with merchandising and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee print production and ensure on-time orders.
• Lead training and development of associates in print services.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention, and store opening/closing duties.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and sales leadership.
