Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Print Manager to drive print sales and service growth in a high-volume store. You will lead the print department, manage equipment and supplies, and foster a customer-centric culture aligned with our 5C values.

You’ll open/close the store as a Key Carrier and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team development, with opportunities to engage the local community and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience in retail or service environment.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations and with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Drive sales through training and development of associates in print and across the store.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
• Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to associates on print processes and selling techniques.
• Operate all equipment in Print Services to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Identify areas for process improvement and manage print supplies to reduce waste.
• Maintain safety and security as a Key Carrier and perform opening/closing tasks.
