Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development
• Experience in Print Center operations
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Lead training and development of associates in print processes and selling techniques.
• Coach and assess performance, ensuring a culture of trust and brand loyalty.
• Open, close, and ensure store safety and process compliance as needed.
