Responsibilities

• Oversee print production process and ensure high-quality materials.
• Lead sales and service in the Print Department to drive customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop associates on print processes and selling techniques.
• Open/close the store as a Key Carrier and manage safety, cash handling, and store balance.
• Identify process improvements to reduce waste and increase profitability.
