The Print Manager is a Key Carrier on duty, with responsibilities for opening/closing the store and maintaining a customer-centric environment. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–3 years related experience
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development
• Experience in Print Center operations
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising

Responsibilities

• Oversees all print production processes and ensures timely, accurate orders.
• Drives sales and service excellence in the Print Department through training and coaching.
• Leads and develops associates to understand print processes and selling techniques.
• Performs opening and closing responsibilities as External Key Carrier and maintains store security.
